How you'll be hosting with heart:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention and revenue growth.
• Lead the development and execution of targeted email campaigns; analyze their performance and optimize accordingly.
• Design complex lifecycles and implement CRM marketing automations for customers based on business needs.
• Excel at capturing and analyzing data across all key touch-points of the customer lifecycle.
• Make use of customer data and segmentation in order to personalize communications, thus improving the customer experience.
• Liaise with product teams in order to develop and refine limehome’s membership program.
• Manage CRM systems and reporting tools, and drive their integration with other platforms as needed.
• Collaborate with the other marketing stakeholders in order to ensure consistency and create synergies across the various marketing channels.
• Detect new growth opportunities based on market, competition and data insights.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• A data driven CRM specialist with 5+ years of work experience, holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Deep understanding of CRM principles and best practices. Experience with A/B testing, segmentation and personalisation techniques to optimize campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous growth, improvement and optimisation.
• Creative problem-solver with strong project management skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Fluency in English and German.
